Fixing rotting wood
Client had a rotting shed door that was getting worse – I was able to stablelise the wood (hardening the wood and prevent more rot) then finished everything off with a nice coat of paint. Next year the property will be repainted, wait for that before and after!
Repairing a leak and fixing plaster
It only took a few weeks to get to this stage, any longer and it would have been a much larger job. I was able to stop the leak, stain block (hides the staining so no replacement of plaster is needed) and paint the damaged area.

Full window repair
The look of this traditional wood-framed window has completely transformed – it looks good as new. The rotted pieces of wood were cut out, stablised and painted. The glass (previously cracked) was replaced and now (along with other decorating) the property value has increased significantly!
